Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description Summary:

The FP&A Intern will support the team in financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes across franchises and operating units. This role isa great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to ongoing business projects and developing new skills in a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the FP&A team in daily financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, rolling estimate, and budgeting processes 

• Help track business and financial performance through basic variance analysis and data validation 

• Support consolidation of financial and operational data from cross-functional teams 

• Contribute to the team’s simplification and digitalization agenda  

• Support maintenance and improvement of planning and reporting tools/files to increase efficiency and accuracy 

• Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to finance and cross-functional teams when needed 

• Take an active role in team projects and ongoing finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills 

Qualifications: 

• 3rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 

• Strong interest infinance, and business performance management 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 

• Good communication and teamwork abilities 

• Proficient in written and spoken English 

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
