Job DescriptionSummary

Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior levelemployees.

Should have comprehensive understanding of the AssetServicing
PracticeandroleofthesaidpracticeintheFinancialServiceIndustryasawhole.
Knowledge on systems used market wide such as TLM, SWIFT etc., isnecessary.
Knowledge on systems used within Northern Trust would be anadvantage.
FinancialknowledgeonInternationalanddomesticmarketswouldbeanadvantage.
MajorDuties
Take ownership and serve as the Single Point of contact about the projects and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Support intaking them toclosure.
Shouldbeabletounderstand organizationalgoals,strategiesandshouldbeableto helptheteam’sperformanceinachievingthesame.
Ensure that the SLA / KPIs are being performed ontime.
Timelyupdatingofprocessrelateddocumentation
In absence of TL/SM - Organizes the work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, checks all activities, and ensures prompt andcorrect
completionofthework.
Activemonitoringandpromptreportingofexceptions
Maintain technicalknowledgeofoperationstoresolveunusualandcomplexproblems.
Displays extremely high ownership for both the team and theprocess.
Steps up and makes effective decisions whereverneeded.
Buildand keep strong relationshipswith Teammembers&Middleoffice.
Get involved in various new and on-going projects within the Trade and SettlementsDivision
Experience
Sustainableperformanceshowed through examples/evidence, theabovelisted coreskills, and competencies in thecurrentroleover aperiod of atleast24 months.
AGraduatefromanydiscipline(Commercebackgroundispreferred)
Minimum of 2 Years of experience as an SA (Please mention if earlier work ex involved, relevant to Financial Services Industry )
PriorexperienceinTradeandSettlementsareawouldbeanadvantage.
Candidate having prior experience and background with Asset Servicing would bepreferred.
Must be flexible to work in shifts and/or on a rotationalbasis.
Eligibility-InternalPartners
24 Months as a Senior Analyst to move as a TechnicalCoordinator.
Movement within TC and Associate Consultant will be 12months
