About the Company
A fast-growing Amazon growth agency helping consumer brands scale and dominate their categories on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. The company is expanding its services, launching new ventures, and building the CEO's personal brand.
Role Overview
We are seeking an operations manager to act as the CEO's right-hand and operational partner. This role focuses on turning the CEO's ideas and vision into structured execution plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. You will also serve as the CEO's executive representative — attending meetings, making decisions, and driving outcomes on their behalf.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, AI-proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
- Translate the CEO's vision into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects across different areas of the business
- Build systems, SOPs, and automations to support company scalability
- Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Track KPIs and report on operational and business performance
- Oversee e-commerce operations and coordinate with Amazon/marketplace teams
Executive Support & CEO Representation
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications
- Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO, providing updates and making decisions as delegated
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Book domestic and international travel, including full itineraries — occasional light travel required for in-person meetings or events
- Conduct research and present recommendations for key decisions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed
- Be available for weekend communication and tasks when needed
Marketing & Personal Brand
- Manage the CEO's social media content calendar
- Coordinate content creation and publishing
- Support the growth of the CEO's personal brand (podcasts, speaking engagements, YouTube)
- Assist with lead generation initiatives and funnel management
Additional Responsibilities
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Present solutions and recommendations rather than simply reporting issues
- Ensure projects are completed and deadlines are met
- Take full ownership of operational responsibilities and outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, AI-assisted workflows) — AI fluency is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Experience ine-commerce, DTC brands, or Amazon-related businesses strongly preferred
- Able to manage both operational leadership and executive support responsibilities
- Comfortable representing the CEO in meetings and acting as a decision-making proxy
- Flexible schedule — willingness to work weekends when needed
Compensation: $40,000 – $70,000 per year
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Flexible, with weekend availability as needed)
