The Store Manager has overall responsibility for all areas and for marketing and promotional campaigns for the store. He or she ensures each customer has a superior experience every time they visit by managing the customer service provided by the staff, the product offerings and displays, and the cleanliness of the store. The Store Manager splits time between being on the floor leading by example to guarantee customer satisfaction and meeting with local small businessmen in order to promote sales of printing and copying needs.

The ideal candidate for this position has post high school education (minimum two year associates college degree) and three to five years of experience in the retail sales industry. In addition, the Store Manager must have strong supervisory and management skills and excellent customer service skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:  

-- Oversees the functions of all departments

-- Manages and mentors staff

-- Guarantees customer satisfaction in all areas

-- Establishes and manages sales goals

-- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies

-- Manages budget and finances

-- Ensures that all required reports are accurate and timely

-- Manages and maintains property

Requirements:

Two Year College Degree, Four Year Degree preferred

Three to five years of progressive and relevant experience

Experience in supervising and managing staff

Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent customer service focus

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Compensation:

Competitive Pay.

Approx. up to 50 hours weekly.
