ABOUT THE ROLE

TRG International is looking for a driven and creative Employer Branding Intern to support our HR and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about building authentic employer narratives, crafting compelling content, and elevating TRG's reputation as an employer of choice - both locally and regionally.

You will play a central role in shaping how the world sees TRG as a workplace, contributing to research, content, campaigns, and initiatives that put TRG on the map in the external talent and professional communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Employer Brand Research & Benchmarking

  • Research industry trends, best practices, and benchmarks in employer branding and workplace recognition

  • Aggressively look and find as many as potential external credible awards, rankings, and professional bodies for the company to take part in for the purpose of employer branding.

  • Provide detailed reports of these potential awards, including: their start dates, number of levels the company has to go through, costs, and specific participation requirements.

  • Identify credible external platforms, rankings, and professional bodies that evaluate workplace culture, employee experience, and HR practices

  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand how peers and industry leaders position themselves as employers

  • Compile findings into structured reports and recommendations for HR and Marketing leadership

  • Proactively share ideas with the team on how best we can approach and apply for these awards.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content that authentically reflects TRG's culture, values, people, and workplace experience

  • Write articles, employee stories, social media posts, and other materials for LinkedIn, TRG's website, and relevant external platforms

  • Support the production of visual and multimedia content including graphics, short videos, and photography briefs in coordination with the Marketing team

  • Put more emphasis on visual-first creation; focus on producing high-quality videos, photos, and social media carousels to optimize the read rate and engagement on all published content.

  • Help maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all employer-facing communications

Campaign & Initiative Support

  • Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns aligned to key hiring periods and company milestones

  • Support the coordination of internal culture initiatives that can be translated into external storytelling

  • Help organise and document employee engagement activities, testimonials, and milestones that strengthen TRG's employer narrative

External Presence & Submission Management

  • Identify opportunities to feature TRG in external publications, industry events, speaking engagements, and professional forums

  • Assist in preparing and compiling supporting materials, data, and documentation for external submissions and applications

  • Track submission timelines, eligibility criteria, and requirements across multiple platforms and ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain a submission tracker and calendar to keep all efforts organised and on schedule

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and track the performance of employer branding content across digital channels

  • Gather and analyse employee engagement data, candidate feedback, and brand perception insights

  • Prepare regular progress updates and summary reports for HR and Marketing leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Smart, hands-on, capable of working independently, and highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset.

  • Good at research and handling detailed documentation/reports.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese proficiency is a plus

  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and design aesthetics

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or content management tools is an advantage

  • Genuine interest in HR, people culture, or marketing
