YourRole at Dollar Tree: 

As aStocker, you’ll be responsible forassisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, includingreceiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.You willassist with merchandising and stocking as needed andbe fullycross-trained to support the cash register andassistcustomers.Additionally, you will help ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment whilemaintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.You’ll alsoassist with thecleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms,sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.Other duties may be assigned.   

YourSkills andExperience: 

• Must be able to lift between 30and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting  

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service isrequired 

• Strong communication skillsarerequired 

• High level of integrityisrequired 

• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting isrequired
