We are looking for a motivated and versatileBreakfast and Bar Assistant (Full-time) to join our team. This is not a typicalwaiter/waitress role—our assistant performs a variety of all-round duties, including food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter tasks, table clearance and cleaning, hosting guests, and supporting bar service. Flexibility and a willingness to cover all these areas are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast items, including baking bakery products and warm food daily for the buffet in the oven

• Refill the buffetaccording to daily demand

• Assist withkitchen porter duties including cleaning and dishwashing

• Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area

• Provide excellenthosting skills by greeting and assisting customers warmly

• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently

• Supportbar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness

• Open and close shifts according to operational procedures

• Assist with inventory managementand restocking as needed

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout your shift

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel / catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Be open and communicative and have hosting skills, as well as a passion for the hotel industry
• Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
