Product Test Manager 产品测试经理（芜湖）

Planning

1.Be iInvolved to analyze customer requirement in RFQ phase.
2. Prepare DVP&R according to customer requirement and estimate test cost.
3. Definition of the overall Test Strategy of the project.
4. Create the Design Validation Plan and Product Validation Plan according to the customer specification and standard.
5. Specify of test items and procedures to meet the customer’s requirement.

Excutition & Tracking

1.Monitoring of preparation of tests (esp. test infrastructure incl. coordination of procurement of additional test equipment, training)
2.Assure test preparation and test execution activities, tracking and reporting of test status
3.Conformity of test activities in the project to the corporate ID process (Product Validation)
4.Monitoring and optimization of overall test expenditures
5.Verification of sufficient test related requirements tracing as defined in RM Plan (test coverage)
6.Ensure an adequate test concept as part of the Production Test Specification for mass production 

Report & Escalation

1. Report regularly to PM about the test status.

Education / Certification

Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent

Professional Experience

Experience about product validation for over 3 years desirable, Familiar with international testing standard and customer standard

Project and/or Process Experience

At least 2 years experience in automotive product verification /validation.

Leadership Experience

2 years of experience in coordination and monitoring task in project

Intercultural Experience

Experience working in international / cross cultural teams
