Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professionalMassage Therapist to provide high-quality massage and wellness treatments to clients. The Massage Therapist will assess clients’ needs, recommend suitable treatments, perform various massage techniques, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience while maintaining professional standards and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant physical concerns.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, relaxation, and other treatments according to qualifications.
• Customize treatments based on each client’s requirements and comfort level.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, linens, oils, and supplies are properly maintained.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Provide appropriate after-treatment care instructions and wellness recommendations.
• Monitor clients’ comfort throughout the treatment and adjust techniques when necessary.
• Maintain accurate treatment records where required.
• Communicate professionally with clients and other spa or wellness team members.
• Promote available spa services and products when appropriate.
• Report any equipment issues, incidents, or client concerns to management.
• Attend training and maintain professional knowledge and certifications.

• Relevant certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and their appropriate applications.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand and perform massage treatments for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
