Amsterdam is yours, or at least you own your own region within the Amsterdam market. By bike, public transport or car-sharing, you visit salons across the city, knock on doors, build relationships and help entrepreneurs grow with the software that leads the European market. You decide your day, your pipeline and your success. No 9-to-5 office life: get out there, close deals and claim your region.
We are Treatwell: 50,000+ salons in 13 countries, millions of bookings per month, and we're growing fast. For Amsterdam we're looking for a true Field Sales Representative who loves the hunt, the deal and building their own network on the street.
What you'll be doing
- You are the face of Treatwell in Amsterdam
- You're out in the field nearly every working day: walking into salons, giving demos, closing deals
- You build your own pipeline through walk-ins, cold calling, social media, networking and referrals
- You manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract
- You sell our software (Treatwell Connect and Salonized), payment terminals and marketplace
- You share market insights with the team to help us keep improving our products
- You work about 1 day per week from our Amsterdam office and spend the rest of the week in the field
Who you are
- You have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, door-to-door, B2B field sales or a comparable sales role
- You have a proven track record of hitting targets (and you love telling people about it)
- You love working independently and running your region as if it were your own business
- Walk-ins, cold calling and face-to-face selling give you energy
- You live in or around Amsterdam and know the city well
- You hold a category B driving licence
- Fluent Dutch

Application process
- Introductory call with our recruiter (30 min, video)
- Sales interview with a live discovery roleplay with the Head of Sales (45 min, video, in English)
- Business case presentation at our Amsterdam office (max. 2 hours)
We aim for a 2-3 week timeline from first interview to offer.
