AT&T B2B Ordering Specialist

Role Summary
We are an AT&T-authorized solution provider in the AT&T Partner Channel. This back-office role manages the full order lifecycle for business accounts from quote generation to order submission, provisioning, and issue resolution. This is strictly a B2B role. Candidates with primarily residential/B2C experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quotes and place orders for business accounts using the Quote and Order Tool
- Submit orders via Sales Express and ASAP with accuracy and urgency
- Place Wireline orders through OPUS end-to-end
- Manage business account data in Salesforce CRM — orders, contacts, and account activity
- Apply contract-specific pricing for each business account (not standard listed rates)
- Handle billing inquiries, adjustments, and disputes for business clients via RDS
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve system bugs in Quote and Order, Sales Express, ASAP, and OPUS
- Coordinate in real time with Account Executives to process orders immediately after deal close
- Communicate order status, errors, and amendments to the sales team proactively

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years AT&T back-office experience — 100% business account (B2B) focus
- Hands-on daily use of Quote and Order Tool for business orders (not residential)
- Proven experience with Sales Express, ASAP, and OPUS for B2B order placement
- Billing dispute experience via RDS for business accounts
- AT&T Partner Channel or authorized dealer experience preferred
Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in AT&T B2B ordering systems
- Knowledge of AT&T Wireline and Mobility product portfolio for business clients
- Understanding of business account requirements: EIN, CRU, contract pricing, multi-line setups
- Salesforce CRM proficiency
- Self-sufficient troubleshooter — resolves issues without escalation
