In this role, you will :Â
Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment and supply order.
Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and vendor management.
Act as the primary liaison with vendors and warehouse operations to support product availability, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, SOPs, operational resources, and process updates to ensure information remains current and well governed.
Support process improvement initiatives and operational standardization across the team.
Develop operational, inventory, procurement, and service delivery reporting to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:
Qualifications include a minimum of  4-5 years’ experience in operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, or business support and a 1-2 year post-secondary certification/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is required.
Ability to identify, investigate and analyze problems, identify root causes and risks, and apply technical, functional and organizational knowledge to develop solutions.
Communication skills, diplomacy and empathy to interpret information and deliver advice, clarify client or stakeholder needs, offer solutions, and resolve escalations in new or somewhat sensitive situations.
Ability to identify opportunities for process creation and/or improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Fluency in French and English is required.

Working conditions
The majority of work will be conducted from an office-like setting.
Some domestic or international travel to generally safe locations; exposure to moderate adverse conditions requiring attention to personal safety.
Work requires the ability to work to multiple, conflicting deadlines.
