Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Data Analyst to support our sustainability reporting processes and control framework. This role is responsible for managing reporting system data, supporting reporting cycles, coordinating system changes, and helping ensure the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of our sustainability reporting landscape.The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, including Reporting, Technology, Governance, and external review partners.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update reporting-related data repositories and ensure all fields, records, and metadata remain accurate and current.
Collect, validate, and manage ESG data from across the organization (operations, HR, legal, etc.)
Deliver a higher level of financial analysis understanding to aid in solving problems in unique ways.
Ensure adherence to ESG and sustainable finance regulations including EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD),.
Maintain reporting structures and templates to ensure they reflect business and regulatory requirements.
Recommend and lead implementation of changes to processes to achieve efficiencies through the use of technology.
Validate reporting outputs and update report configurations when changes occur.
Prepare for UAT cycles prior to each reporting period by gathering all change requests and planned updates.
Work closely with Technology, Governance, and Compliance teams to ensure all system changes are formally logged and documented
Submit, track, and manage change requests through the designated ticketing process.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready, and assist during the limited review performed by the external auditor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
Ten years of financial analysis experience, including work in the insurance, financial services or investment management industry
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strategic thinker able to communicate on business/market and legislative issues at a macro leve
Organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to make timely decisions using the appropriate information
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills to provide complex information to diverse audiences
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial business systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ESG data management software
Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
Knowledge of CSRD reporting and regulations
Experience with UAT execution, documentation, and defect tracking.
Four to six years of experience working with data repositories, reporting systems, or structured reporting processes
Working Conditions
Hybrid (In Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $128,000 - $160,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
