Key Responsibilities

As aSenior Full Stack Software Engineer (React.js +Node.js), you'll build and scale technology that powers high-performing eCommerce experiences. You'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, delivering solutions that directly impact customer acquisition, conversion, and business growth.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack apps using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.

• Build new solutions while improving existing systems for scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability.

• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to improve shopper journey and conversion.

• Implement and maintain tracking (GTM, Facebook Pixel,Segment.io, etc.) with accurate event tracking across the journey.

• Support A/B testing and experimentation with Growth/Marketing for data-driven decisions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions that boost quality, velocity, and business outcomes.

• Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.

• Advocate for engineering excellence (code reviews, best practices, security, performance) and drive down technical debt within Agile/CI-CD workflows.

• 5+ years building modern web apps withReact.js, and 5+ years building backend services withNode.js.

• Strong TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced CSS selectors.

• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (strongly preferred).

• Experience implementing tracking (Facebook Pixel,Segment.io, Google Analytics or similar).

• Solid understanding of event tracking, analytics implementation, and martech integrations.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows.

• Practical AWS experience; Agile/SCRUM background.

• Proven experience building/scaling eCommerce platforms, with strong grasp of shopper journey, CRO, and CX.

• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics), with excellent communication in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
