Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of functions, from technology and product to commercial and corporate, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.Â
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience who is ready to take on greater ownership, influence hiring strategy, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Â
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles spanning multiple business functions, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding handover.Â
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and align on candidate profiles and assessment criteria.Â
- Create accurate, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements across relevant channels.Â
- Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking, and creative outreach strategies.Â
- Deliver a consistently positive and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process.Â
- Conduct initial screening interviews and add structured feedback to our ATS (Workable).Â
- Manage offer processes including compensation benchmarking, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication.Â
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best-practice interviewing and assessment techniques.Â
- Provide regular updates on role progress, market insights, and pipeline health.Â
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on employer branding, talent programmes, and process improvements.Â
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Workable) throughout the recruitment process.Â
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates.Â
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and quality of hiring.Â
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or in a fast-paced agency environment.Â
- Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. tech, commercial, operations, corporate).Â
- Proficiency with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working in data-driven recruitment workflows.Â
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and push back constructively.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.Â
- A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Â
