Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps)

We are seeking aTechnical Program Manager to lead Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) programs across enterprise cloud environments, partnering with finance and technology stakeholders to improve cost governance, forecasting, and optimization. You will drive end-to-end delivery and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FinOps programs from planning through execution and measurable outcomes
• Drive cloud budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting cadences
• Identify cost optimization opportunities by monitoring cloud spend trends and utilization signals
• Coordinate cost allocation and chargeback/showback processes across business units
• Track savings initiatives and ensure optimization targets and timelines are achieved
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and action items to keep delivery on track
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for cloud cost, utilization, and savings metrics
• Partner with finance, procurement, cloud engineering, and business teams to strengthen accountability
• Review cloud billing, vendor commitments, and investigate cost anomalies
• Facilitate governance meetings and deliver regular updates to leadership and clients

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in technical program management, cloud FinOps, or cloud financial operations
• Proven leadership in cross-functional programs spanning finance, engineering, and operations
• Strong project planning skills across multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities
• Hands-on expertise in cloud cost governance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret spend trends, usage patterns, and cost anomalies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clear executive communication
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) to collaborate in global business settings
