KINTO UK is seeking a motivated individual to join its Account Management Team. In this role, you will support a field-based Business Development Manager across a range of activities, including customer retention, account management, and new business development.

The role in a nutshell: Working closely with the prospect, the Business Development Managers (SME) and KINTO internal teams, the Operational Account Manager is responsible for developing the operational relationship of the SME prospect base (fleet size 25 to 100) and nurturing the relation of existing SME customers to maximise future vehicle and profit growth opportunities.
About the Department:The multi-brand sales team are a fun, collaborative and hard-working group who strive to meet the fleet needs of major corporates, public sector, SME and not for profit organisations in the UK. From funding to fleet management and mobility, our team will consult, support and offer a blend of products and services, that together attract new customers and help drive our existing customer’s fleet ambitions forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager in securing new business from SME market.
- Take ownership of all aspects of products & services, including sales development.
- Helping to build a robust sales pipeline for SME
- Provide quotes as requested from the prospects in a fast, efficient and accurate manner and progress through to sales.
- Facilitate credit underwriting and contract creation.
- Work with Implementation team to facilitate the accurate and timely implementation of new SME customers and ensure the relevant internal departments understand the customers’ needs and create procedures to deliver.
- Share best practices and improvements across the wider Operational Account Management team.
- Lead and manage the relationship of existing SME customers, provide appropriate reporting and communication, meet key customer stakeholders solving issues raised and seeking future unit and profit growth opportunities.

This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
