The Japan Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a competency framework which supports development needs, highlights experience gaps, enhances knowledge and gains first-hand experience for graduates. The GDP will run for approximately 24 months starting in April 2028.

Graduate Project Manager 

• To support project management commissions
• To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time, cost, safety, environment and quality of the project
• To produce project plans
• To coordinate among project team for smooth project execution 
• To monitor project progress and other performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports
• To track, control and document changes
• To liaise with the project stakeholders
• To coordinate meetings and draft minutes 

プロジェットマネージャーの研修内容 

• プロジェクトの管理と実施業務 
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、コスト、安​​全環境、品質などを管理する 
• プロジェクト計画を作成する
• プロジェクトチーム間にコミュニケーションを取り、円滑に進めること
• プロジェクトの進捗状況やその他のプロジェクトKPIを管理（進捗レポートの作成を含む） 
• プロジェクト変更を記録と管理する
• プロジェクトのクライアントおよび関わるパーティーと連携を取る 
• 会議を開くことと議事録を作成する 

Graduate Cost Manager 

• To assist in cost management commissions from cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders and final account close-out. 
• To estimate and produce cost plans
• To conduct benchmark & market research 
• To prepare cost reports
• To liaise with the project stakeholders

コストマネージャーの研修内容 

• コスト見積りの作成、数量拾い、バリューエンジニアリング、入札と見積もり評価、契約管理、コスト変更管理、出来方確認などの業務
• コストプランと見積もりを作成する
• ベンチマークと市場研究レポートを作成する
• コストレポートを作成する
• プロジェクトのクライアントおよび関わるパーティーと連携を取る 

• Graduating from a university (in Japan or overseas) between April 2027 and March 2028
• Degree in architecture, construction civil engineering, environmental science, building services equivalent is preferred but not mandatory 
• Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Willing to learn new thing including English skills
• Interested in starting their career in Japan
• Proficiency in Japanese is a must

• 2027年4月～2028年3月の間に国内外の大学・大学院を卒業予定であること
• 建築、建設土木工学、環境科学、建設設備における学士、または同等の学位・専攻を歓迎（必須ではありません）
• リーダーシップスキルと問題解決スキルを備えたチームプレーヤー
• 英語スキルを含め、新しいことを学ぶ意欲がある
• 日本でキャリアをスタートしたいと考えていること
• 日本語が堪能であること
