What will you be doing | Ngā whainga

This is a key role helping to maximise the value of our digital marketing efforts across all digital media, organic, social, PR channels through the delivery of actionable insights on the performance of our marketing campaigns.

You will:

  • Analyse campaign and audience performance across the full marketing funnel, from media activity through to arrivals, identifying opportunities for optimisation, testing and continuous improvement.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, workflow automation and structured prompts to streamline data collection, collation, validation and quality checks across media, web analytics, organic, social, PR and partner data sources.
  • Strengthen reporting and governance processes, including campaign naming, taxonomy, tracking, dashboard inputs, MMM data feeds and documentation.
  • Turn complex data into clear recommendations that help our global teams make faster, smarter decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with our Media and Analytics team, global markets, campaign specialists, digital teams and external partners to strengthen reporting, improve data quality and champion best practice in digital analytics.

What you will need | Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga

  • Experience in digital analytics (3 years), including Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong experience with digital media platforms and campaign management tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads and related media platforms.
  • Experience in digital media pixel management, campaign tracking, UTM/campaign ID tagging and tag implementation.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting automation using tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama or similar.
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • A good understanding of digital media audience management, testing and optimisation across paid, owned and social channels.
  • Confidence using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve analytics, reporting, experimentation and marketing optimisation, with strong validation and human oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams, global markets and external partners.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and sound judgement when working with data, reporting and insights.
  • Able to pick up on technical and new things quickly.
  • Thrives in a technical environment.
