Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Product Managerto join the Torii product team, reporting to the CPO.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how AI transforms SaaS Management. As a product-first company, we’re focused on building intelligent products that make IT teams dramatically more effective — helping them understand their SaaS environment, automate complex work, and make better decisions with less manual effort.

In this role, you’ll own key product areas at the intersection ofAI and SaaS Management, turning emerging AI capabilities into practical, high-impact customer experiences. You’ll explore how AI agents, automation, natural language interfaces, and intelligent recommendations can fundamentally improve how companies manage their SaaS stack.

You’ll work closely with Customers, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering to identify the highest-value problems, rapidly validate ideas, and bring AI-powered experiences from concept to production. You’ll balance experimentation with strong product thinking, making sure we’re not just applying AI for the sake of it, but using it to solve meaningful customer problems and create real business value.

This role is ideal for a product manager who is excited about AI, deeply curious about how people work, and eager to help define the next generation of SaaS Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on SaaS products
• You have built products with deep product and UX design requirements
• You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
• You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• You value execution and getting things out of the door and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success
• Experience working in IT/Security domain is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and “vibe coding” (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Cursor) to prototype ideas, build quick proofs of concept, and accelerate product delivery

Responsibilities

• Build and own theteam's roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Solve customer problems bybuilding features they love, delivering measurable value and impact.
• Engage directly withcustomers to understand their needs, pain points, and the broader market landscape.
• Partner with theengineering team to set direction, provide context, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Collaborate closely with theproduct designer to create wireframes and detailed UX flows that enhance user experience.
• Work with Torii’sleadership team, customers, and other internal stakeholders to align the product vision across all company functions.
• Drivedata-driven decisions, ensuring clear prioritization and efficient execution of initiatives.
• Define and trackproduct KPIs and goals, establishing metrics to measure success and progress.
• Write and maintaindetailed specifications and use-cases to guide the engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Create and manageuser-facing documentation to support product adoption and customer success.
