Topconis looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a

Product Manager – Excavator

About the role

Every road, highway, and infrastructure project starts with precision.

As ourProduct Manager – Excavator, you'll shape the strategy behind some of Topcon's most innovative machine control solutions, helping customers build better, faster, and more sustainably.

This is more than a product management role. You'll define the product vision, influence business strategy, and work with global teams to bring new technologies from concept to market.

What you'll do

As part of our global Product Platform team, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver successful products.
• Understand customer and market needs to drive innovation.
• Support product launches and lifecycle decisions.
• Monitor product performance and identify new growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning customer needs into successful products.

You bring:

• Experience in Product Management or a similar strategic role.
• Knowledge of construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• The ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
