About the RoleÂ
Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager within our Resource and Industrials division (R&I), you will support the design and delivery of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across the business. You’ll partner with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, analyse data, and implement practical solutions that improve safety, performance, and customer outcomes.Â

You’ll play a key role in embedding sustainable ways of working and ensuring improvements are effectively adopted and maintained across our operations. This is a fixed term 12 month contract based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne preferably, travelling to a variety of our R&I sites both locally and nationally. This position suits an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across both operational sites and Toll head offices.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Support delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across operational sitesÂ
- Conduct operational reviews to identify inefficienciesÂ
- Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessionsÂ
- Analyse operational data and identify trendsÂ
- Develop reports and dashboardsÂ
- Implement and embed process improvementsÂ
- Support change management and adoptionÂ
- Develop training materials and documentationÂ
About YouÂ
- Experience or exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies (Green Belt desirable)Â
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or similar)Â
- Experience in logistics or operational environments preferredÂ
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to translate data into actionable insightsÂ
- Hands-on and adaptable approachÂ
Additional RequirementsÂ
- Ability to travel locally and nationallyÂ
- Current and valid driver’s licenceÂ
- Comfortable working in operational/site environmentsÂ
