Customer Planning Advanced Specialist

In this role you will be responsible forensuring the fulfillment of the demand required by the client making a planning that covers 100% of the deliveries and ensure a shipment in a timely manner.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Analyzecustomerdemandanddevelopproductionplansthatalignmanufacturingcapacitywithcustomerrequirementswhileensuringon-timedelivery.

• ManageFinishedGoods(FG)inventorylevelstosupportcustomerdemand,inventorytargets,andoperationalefficiency.

• CoordinatewithProduction,Shipping,andSupplyChainteamstoensuretheexecutionofanachievableMasterProductionSchedule(MPS).

• Monitorandvalidatecustomerdemandrequirements,identifyingdiscrepanciesandcommunicatingnecessaryadjustmentstorelevantstakeholders.

• Lead escalation and recovery actions for potential shortages or delayedshipments,coordinatingmitigationplans,premiumfreightactivities,andcustomercommunicationstopreventproductiondisruptions.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,SupplyChainManagement,Logistics,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.

• Minimumof2yearsofexperienceintheautomotiveindustry,preferablyinDemandPlanning,ProductionPlanning,MaterialsPlanning,orSupplyChainroles.

• ProficiencyinJDE(JDEdwards)andadvancedMicrosoftExcelskillsfordataanalysis,reporting,andplanningactivities.

• APICScertification(CPIM,CSCP,orequivalent)preferred,withasolidunderstandingofdemandplanning,inventorymanagement,andproductionschedulingprinciples.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to conduct business discussions and collaborate effectively with customers,suppliers,andcross-functionalteams;flexibilitytosupportvaryingschedulesandbusinessneeds.
