＜部門について＞
ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) は耳鼻咽喉科頭頚部外科、内分泌外科、食道外科など幅広い領域を対象に、先端技術で患者さんに一人ひとりの治療をサポートしています。市場では強いリーダーシップポジションを確立しており、パワーデバイス、ナビゲーション、モニタリング、消耗品など多角的な製品とサービスを提供し、鼻、耳、頭頸部手術の質向上に貢献しています。近年は2件のM&Aが行われるなどグローバルでの投資が進んでおり、今後もさらなる成長が期待されている事業部の一つです。 

戦略的な取り組みにより直近2年間で売り上げの二桁成長、利益率の改善などが行われており、今後5ヵ年計画でも新製品の導入を多数予定し、持続的な二桁成長とそれに伴う組織の拡大を計画しています。また、先日導入を開始した加水分解性薬剤溶出型ステントPROPEL™や、来年導入を予定している副甲状腺検出システムPTEye™の導入など、既存市場でのイノベーションのみならず、これまでになかった革新的な新規市場の創出にも挑戦していきます。 
 

＜業務内容＞

医療従事者や代理店に対し当社が扱う製品の営業活動を行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。

• 担当製品の営業活動

• 担当地域の顧客に対する、デモンストレーションや手技サポート

• 担当地域における販売戦略の策定・実施

• 会議、研究会、セミナーなど、担当地域におけるイベントの実施

• 関連する競合のマーケット分析および報告

＜応募資格＞

顧客と誠実な信頼関係を築き、目標達成に向けて継続的な努力が出来る方を求めています。

• 学士以上

• 3年以上の営業経験（顧客折衝、目標達成に向けてプロセスを進めた経験）

• 営業戦略の策定・実践への理解があること

• エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントの使用経験

• 有効な普通自動車運転免許を保有していること

※普通自動車運転免許に関わる行政処分を入社予定日より1年以内に受けていない方

※道路交通法に基づく一定の症状や法規により免許取得や更新ができなくなる可能性がある方については事前にお申し出ください
