Physical demands and requirements:

• Working on feet for entire shift (4 - 8 hours)

• Bending, stooping and kneeling

Responsibilities:

• Training and Development of teammates

• Meeting financial goals - Profit and Loss Management

• Managing Total Inventory Loss through Production Planning and Inventory Control to ensure quality production

• Meet 365S standards

• Schedule teammates to meet customer needs

• Maintain department conditions, i.e., merchandising plan

• Store Clerk responsibilities  

Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates:

• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support CenterTeammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
