Packaging Equipment Operator (2nd Shift)
$17.80/hr + $3.00 shift differential | Full-time

What you’ll do

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet production and quality targets
• Perform line set-ups, changeovers, and start-ups
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and partner with maintenance
• Complete quality checks and ensure accurate labeling of materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What you need to succeed

Must-have:

• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience (or equivalent training)
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm) and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Nice-to-have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with packaging equipment (labelers, scales, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Prior production or warehouse experience

Work Environment

This role operates in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, moving equipment, and moderate noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Safety is a top priority.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Ability to work around machinery and industrial materials

• Must meet vision and hearing requirements necessary for a safe work environment

Compensation Information:

• $17.80/hour + $3.00 shift differential
• Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and parental leave
