AI Native Delivery Manager (AI/Run practice)

We are looking for anAI Native Delivery Manager to lead AI Native pods. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams of AI-native engineers through their educational cycle and into billable, AI-driven client engagements.

This role is a strong fit for experienced Managerswith a software engineering background who already have practical experience working with AI-accelerated software development and are ready to make AI Native delivery a core part of their career.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or several pods through education and live client deliveries
• Understand how to build and operate within the AI Factory to support delivery
• Champion AI SDLC and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure teams meet their commitments
• Coordinate with solution architects, staffing, and delivery teams, surface risks early, and stay accountable for outcomes
• Ensure artifacts, learnings, and estimation data from your pods flow back to the factory after each engagement
• Actively experiment with AI tools and approaches outside of formal training
• Think in terms of delivered features and business value, not just technical execution
• Act proactively, surface risks early, and take full accountability
• Be comfortable with rapid change and willing to unlearn old patterns
• Be ready to share learnings, contribute to the factory, and mentor pod members

Requirements

• Software development background with practical hands-on engineering experience
• 3+ years of delivery management experience leading engineering teams
• Proven, hands-on experience building AI agents and implementing AI SDLC on past projects
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their real-world application in delivery contexts
• Knowledge of AI SDLC and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches
• Experience using enterprise AI tools for coding, testing, and design acceleration
• English proficiency: B2+ level
