Senior IT Architect (Camunda Specialist)- Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Location: Warszawa/Łódź/Tricity – 2-3 times in the office

About the Role

We are looking for talentedCamunda Specialist to design, implement, and optimize business process orchestration solutions using the Camunda platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the currentCamunda-based workflow orchestration implementation
• Assess alignment withCamunda 8 best practices and architecture guidelines
• Evaluate process modeling (e.g. BPMN usage, orchestration patterns)
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in the current setup
• Provide concrete recommendations for improving:

• Process design and orchestration approach
• Scalability and performance
• Reliability and error handling
• Maintainability and extensibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Camunda 8 (preferably 8.8 or later)
• Strong experience inbusiness process orchestration (BPMN)
• Hands-on experience with:

• Containerized environments
• Kubernetes (preferably Mirantis Kubernetes Engine)
• Helm charts
• CI/CD pipelines
• ElasticSearch
• Proven experience in architecture reviews / solution assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Development experience in Java and/or Kotlin
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience in insurance or similar regulated domains
