• Pay: Earning Potential of $42,000 - $78,000 per year,Commission based.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the service drive
• Listen to customer concerns and document service needs
• Provide clear explanations of express services, estimated wait times, and pricing
• Manage repair orders within the dealership management system (DMS)
• Communicate with express lube technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Review inspection findings and present recommended maintenance to customers
• Upsell appropriate preventative maintenance services (filters, fluids, rotations, etc.)
• Handle payments, warranty information, coupons, and final invoicing
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lane
• Ensure all completed work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to increase loyalty and satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of previous dealership experience is ideal. We will consider those with relative automotive, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly
• Adept at sales approach and consulting with customers
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $42K-$78K which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
