Essential Responsibilities:

• Definemaintainability requirements and collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design through In-Service support, to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance planning, including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities
• Supportfleet modeling activities to determine spare parts requirements throughout the entire engine lifecycle
• Definesupport and test equipment requirements, with particular focus on packaging, handling, storage, and transportation needs for critical components and equipment
• Identifymanpower and staffing requirements for the various maintenance bases
• Definetraining requirements for operators, as well as the need for technical publications and related support documentation
• Participate incross-functional teams during lean events aimed at improving productivity within service contract execution

Required Qualification:

• Master’s degree inMechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
• Stronginterpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Clear, structured thinking with acareful and diligent approach to work
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required
• Fluency inEnglish and Italian

Contract Level:CCNL metalmeccanico – level B2

Salary range for this role:35.475,00 euro - 53.212,50 euro + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro  
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting thecandidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
