We're looking for passionateAssociate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.

What you'll need

• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience

• A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts

• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
