Our Project Delivery practice isâŻcomprisedâŻof seasoned project and programme managers with experience managing a diverse range of IT projects and programmes. We are certified and experienced in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP,âŻscrumâŻand Agile methodologies, and work pragmatically. At any one time, our team has up to 300 projects on the go.âŻÂ
Weâre looking for a motivated and highly organised graduate to join our Project Delivery team as a Project Coordinator. Â
This entry-level role is a great opportunity to build strong foundations in project coordination, business process, and the technology sector while working alongside experienced project and programme professionals in a fast-paced environment. Â
Youâll help keep our business operations running smoothly with a focus on administering the approval process of our commercial documentation. This role will also grow to provide process coordination, reporting, administration, and internal support across a range of activities, while also identifying opportunities to improve the way we work. Â

What youâll be doingÂ
Your responsibilities will include:Â
- providing day-to-day administration and coordination task managementÂ
- monitoring the Project Delivery Support inbox and responding or reassigning queriesÂ
- coordinating the commercial document approval process including urgent approvalsÂ
- helping ensure internal systems are accurate and up to date with active customers and associated agreed rates., supporting project coordination activities, reporting, and team administration as requiredÂ
- contributing ideas for continuous improvement across our Project Delivery processes.Â
Skills and experience |âŻNgÄâŻpĆ«kengaâŻmeâŻngÄâŻwheakoâŻâŻÂ
- Tertiary qualification, with supporting academic transcriptâŻ
- Demonstrated examples of university projects you were involved with
- Polished verbal and written communication skillsâŻÂ
- Attention to detailÂ
- Ability to build good working relationshipsâŻâŻÂ
- Ability to learn new processes and evolve existing ones asâŻrequiredâŻÂ
- Any experience in a technology environment nice to haveâŻâŻÂ
