We are looking for a Freelance Recruiters & Headhunters to build long-term recruitment partnerships. Work on high-impact mandates and operate at a senior level.

We are expanding ourtrusted network of freelance recruiters and headhunters to collaborate onstrategic, high-profile assignments across:

  • Private sector enterprises & fast-growing scale-ups

  • European Union & EU-funded programmes

  • Dutch government & semi-public organisations (ministries, agencies, municipalities, universities)

  • International organisations & NGOs

This isnot a one-off sourcing gig! We are looking forlong-term partners who want to build asustainable freelance collaboration based on quality, trust, and impact.

As aFreelance Strategic Executive Search Consultant, you will:

  • Work onsenior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles (executive, expert, interim & project-based)

  • Operate incomplex stakeholder environments (public, semi-public, regulated & international)

  • Collaborate closely with ourcore team and clients as a trusted advisor

  • Be matched to assignments aligned with yourexpertise, network and availability

  • Receiveclear briefs, transparent processes and professional client management

  • Build along-term pipeline of assignments, not ad-hoc jobs

Engagements arefully freelance, flexible, andbased on mutual commitment and performance.


🎯 Who We Are Looking For

You are likely to recognise yourself if you:

  • Are anexperienced freelance recruiter, headhunter or executive search consultant

  • Have astrong professional network in one or more of the following:

    • Public sector & government

    • EU institutions or EU-funded programmes

    • International organisations

    • Enterprise, tech, industrial or scale-up environments

  • Are comfortable working withconfidential searches and complex profiles

  • Understandpublic sector, startup, scaleup, large corporate or regulated environments (or are willing to learn)

  • Preferlong-term collaborations over transactional recruitment

  • Workindependently, reliably and professionally

  • Communicate fluently inEnglish (Dutch, Spanish and/or other EU languages are a strong plus)
