About the Role & Team 

The Ad OperationsExecutive plays akey rolewithinthe Türkiye AdSales and Operations team,supportingtheexecution ofdigitaladvertisingcampaignsacrossDisney’s premiumportfolio,including Disney+,NationalGeographic, Marvel,Pixar, Star, andmore.This role isresponsibleformanagingthefullcampaignlifecycle—frompre-sale planningto post-campaignreporting—ensuringoperationalexcellence and top-tierclient service. 

Thepositionrequires astrongunderstanding ofthedigitalmedialandscape, ad-servingtechnologies, andcampaign management.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkcloselywithinternalteams (Sales,Editorial,Technology, Finance) andexternalpartners (clients andagencies)to deliverhigh-performingcampaignsacrossDisney’sdigitalplatforms. 

This role will be based in our Istanbul office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do 

  • Providepre-saleguidance andtechnicalrequirementsfordigitaladvertisingopportunities. 

  • CollaboratewithSalestobuild andrevisemediaplansthatalignwithclientobjectives andmaximizerevenue. 

  • Managethecollection,quality control, andimplementation ofcreativeassetstoensuretimely andaccuratecampaignlaunches. 

  • Monitorcampaignperformance,executecreativeswaps, andrespondtoclient requeststhroughoutthecampaignlifecycle. 

  • WorkwithTechnology, Product, andEditorialteamstotroubleshoot andexecutecampaigns. 

  • Analyzekeyperformancemetrics and optimizecampaignsaccordingly. 

  • Ensurefulldelivery ofcontractedrevenueacrossassignedcampaigns. 

  • Coordinatewith Finance and Accountingtoensureaccurateinvoicing andrevenuetracking. 

  • Supportclientretentionbydeliveringexceptional serviceduring allcampaignphases. 

  • Providebenchmarks,casestudies, andbestpracticestoSales andadvertisers. 

  • Continuouslyexpand knowledge ofTWDC’sdigitalproducts andcommercialopportunities. 

  • Ensure alldigitalactivitiesreflectDisney’svalues:Integrity,Creativity, Collaboration,Community, andInclusion. 
     

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Universitydegreeorequivalentexperience. 

  • Minimum 2years ofexperience inadvertising, marketing,ormediaagency/vendorenvironments. 

  • Experiencesupportingclientsoragencies in adigitaladvertisingcontext. 

  • Familiaritywithmedia planning andcampaign management. 

  • Experiencewith ad-servingsystems (Google Ad Managerpreferred). 

  • Provenabilitytolaunch andmanagedigitaladvertisingcampaigns. 

  • Understanding ofthedigitaladvertisingecosystem,especially video anddisplay in EMEA. 

  • Experienceworkingwithmultinationalcompanies andcomplexstakeholdernetworks is aplus. 

  • Highlymotivated,detail-oriented, andsolution-driven. 

  • Excellentorganizational andmultitaskingskills. 

  • Stronganalyticalmindsetwiththeabilitytointerpretdata and optimizeperformance. 

  • Confidentcommunicatorwith aclient-firstattitude. 

  • Comfortableworkingindependently andcollaboratively. 

  • Proficient inbusiness toolssuch as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Slack, andZoom. 

  • Fluent in Turkish and English,bothwritten andspoken.
