• Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

• Sign-on bonus available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing

• ConductFunctional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliverplay-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate inteam meetings, case reviews, and professional development

What you'll need

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working withchildren with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
