What You’ll Do

• Source,evaluate,andpresentqualifiedcandidatesforclientrolesandprojectrequestsacrossavarietyoflearninganddevelopmentdisciplines
• Buildandmaintainastrongnetworkoflearninganddevelopmentprofessionalsthroughongoingrelationshipbuildingandengagement
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely follow-through on all recruiting activities and candidate updates.
• Maintainaccuratetalentprofilesandcandidaterecordswithininternalsystems
• Engagewithexistingtalenttounderstandavailability,experienceupdates,andalignmentwithcurrentclientopportunities
• Evaluateandqualifycandidatestoensurestrongalignmentwithclientneedsandprojectrequirements
• Coordinateinterviewsbetweencandidatesandinternalteamstofacilitateefficienthiringdecisions
• Buildandmaintainapipelineofpre-qualifiedL&Dprofessionalsalignedtoanticipatedclientdemand

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience placing talent in contract or consulting roles within a professional services or staffing environment
• Strong interpersonalskillsandaconsultativeapproachtobuildingrelationshipswithcandidatesandinternalstakeholders
• Acollaborativemindsetandproactiveapproachtoachievingrecruitinggoals
• Clearandprofessionalcommunicationacrossphone,video,andwrittenchannels
• Exceptionalattentiontodetailinmanagingcandidateinformationandrecruitingactivities
• Experienceutilizingmultiplesourcingchannels,includingLinkedInandprofessionalnetworks,tobuildcandidatepipelines
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficetoolsincludingOutlook,Word,Excel,andTeams
