JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
TheManagement & Organization Departmentwithin the Smeal College of Business is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for Instructor Lesser'sMGMT 365course for the Fall 2026 semester.
Job duties to include:
- Attend each class period and track student attendance and participation.
- Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria, as well as providing more substantive topic-focused recommendations on areas for improvement.Â
- Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports, assembling materials for class activities)Â
- Additional teaching-related tasks as assignedÂ
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
- Must have taken MGMT 365 in 2025/2026 school year
The starting rate for this job is$15/hour based on experience.
