We are looking for aSenior Underwriter who has deep Underwriting expertise with certifications (DE/LAPP/SAR).

Your Impact

As a Senior Underwriter, you won't just be checking boxes. You will:

•Decision a Full Spectrum: Handle FHA, VA, Conforming, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs.

•Be a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for loan officers and processors to help structure complex files.

•Drive Quality: Ensure minimal turn times while maintaining "zero-defect" quality standards.

• FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) with an active CHUMS ID

• VA Supervised Automatic Review (SAR) with an active VA SAR ID

• Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP)certification

• 5+ years of recent mortgage underwriting experience

• Expertise inAUS systems (DU/LPA)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team player
