The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing SDR ready to step into leadership or an experienced Team Lead passionate about building winning outbound teams? We are on the hunt for aSales Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth, mentor a talented SDR team, and play a key role in shaping our growth strategy.
This is more than just a leadership role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing SDR function that fuels our sales engine. You will combine hands-on expertise with coaching and strategy, ensuring your team consistently generates quality pipeline and delivers real impact to the business.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Drive high-performing outbound campaigns across cold calling, email, and social selling
- Ensure delivery of qualified meetings and strong pipeline outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to align on target accounts and opportunity strategy
- Monitor, analyse, and improve team performance across activity, pipeline and conversion metrics
- Implement best practices, processes and playbooks to scale the SDR function
- Stay hands-on where needed by supporting outreach, messaging and objection handling
- 5+ years in sales development or lead generation, ideally in B2B tech or IT
- Proven experience in an SDR, BDR or sales role, ideally within tech or cybersecurity
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step up into a Team Lead role)
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation and qualification frameworks
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and tracking performance metrics
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
