Summary:Â
The Insurance Team Lead will lead group of similar employees from a specific product line within Huntington Insurance.Â
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will lead the colleagues in Service Excellence and provide needed training and ensure operational efficiencies within that group.Â
- Career path to Section Manager.Â
- This position will gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as leadership skills develop under the guidance of Section Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experienceÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- P&C Insurance License
- Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Effective at multi-tasking
- Proven track-record of meeting production goals
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
