Role Overview

As a Medical Support Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate patient care. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support the healthcare team and enhance the patient experience.

What You Will Do

• Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Obtain and document accurate medical histories from patients.
• Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, following established protocols.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
