Job Responsibilities:Â
Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.Â
Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training,developing andmotivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.Â
Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.Â
Understand cost control procedures,inventory, financials, and labor management.Â
Take ownership of anArea of Impact “AOI” in one of four areas and over time, complete a rotation in each of the following areas:Â
The Kitchen – manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation from scratch,cook pizza andother Chuck E. menu items.Â
Sales–with oversight over the Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop. This includes monitoring Sales results (including upselling andsuggestive selling programs). Inventory, ordering,execution and profitability management of the Merchandise area. And quality assurance of the Salad Bar and prep procedures.Â
Showroom –lead birthday party execution and planning. Maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction whileoptimizing showroom seating.Â
Gameroom – partner with the TechnicalManagerto keep games and restaurant equipment in top condition with minimal down time.Analyze game play dataand ticket payouts while keeping thegameroom and surrounding areas clean andguest ready.    Â

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Must be able to work40 hours a weekÂ
Must have a high-school diploma or GEDÂ
Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the agepermitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checkingidentification and serving alcohol)Â
Minimum of one (1) yearofexperience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) monthsÂ

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:Â
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.Â
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduledshift.Â
The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extremecold conditionsÂ
