About this role

As part of our Group Finance team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Finance Business Partner (Group)will act as a strategic finance partner to the business, supporting decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and performance management at Group level. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and profitability. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide variance analysis, insights, and recommendations. Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases. Monitor key KPIs (revenue, margin, cost, working capital) Improve reporting, processes, and financial transparency. Ensure alignment with Group policies and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders across the Group

  • Support business decisions through financial analysis, modelling, and insights

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast

  • Track and report key KPIs (revenue, margins, costs, working capital)

  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency

  • Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior leadership

  • Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data quality

  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and operational teams to ensure alignment

  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and financial governance

Qualifications: 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, or business partnering roles

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  • Experience in international / multi-entity environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proficient in ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., D365, Power BI, Excel)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
