Would you love supporting our customers recruitment projects from A-Z? We’d like to have you in our team as our new Fulltime Customer Operations Specialist!


Your responsibilities in details:

  • You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact during our service hours 8:30-17:30h CET
  • Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing
  • Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems


This job is for you if you have…

  • a permanent residence and work permit in Europe
  • a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (ideally native) and English, German is a plus
  • a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
  • the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
  • the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
  • an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks
  • the interest of contributing as a team player within a functioning team
  • the eagerness to constantly develop in this long term opportunity


It would be outstanding, but optional if you…

  • have experience in project / partnership management
  • are familiar with the service hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
  • knowledge about the Swiss market
  • can join our office days in ZĂźrich twice a week
