Title: Test Lead/Manager
Locations: Chicago, IL (onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $50 - $53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Testing / QA experience with at least 3–5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
- Strong experience in:
- SIT
- UAT
- Regression Testing
- E2E Testing
- Test Planning and Governance
- Defect Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Risk and Issue Management
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), SharePoint, Jira, Client ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working across distributed global teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate large-scale testing programs involving multiple applications and dependencies.
