Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual testing, clinical processes, RxClaims, and healthcare benefit structures, along with exposure to .NET/C# SDET practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage manual and functional testing activities.

• Analyze healthcare and PBM business requirements and develop appropriate test scenarios and test cases.

• Perform testing related to RxClaims (AS400) and healthcare benefit processes.

• Validate clinical and pharmacy benefit workflows.

• Identify, document, track, and communicate defects through resolution.

• Use SQL queries for data validation and testing when required.

• Work collaboratively with business users, development teams, QA teams, and senior leadership.

• Prioritize multiple assignments and ensure testing activities are completed within deadlines.

• Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.

• Communicate testing status, risks, issues, and results clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Healthcare/PBM testing.

• Hands-on experience with RxClaims, EZQuery, and EZTest.

• Understanding of healthcare legislation and the role of Federal and State agencies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Professional and team-oriented approach.
