Test Analyst (French Speaker)

We are looking for aBusiness Test Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of strategic projects. This role focuses on thedesign, preparation, execution, and validation of business testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare test scenarios based on business and project requirements.
• Create, maintain, and document test cases using dedicated testing tools.
• Prepare, validate, and communicate all testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
• Define testing priorities and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Execute test plans, document results, and support Go/No-Go decision-making processes.
• Monitor testing progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, delays, and quality concerns to stakeholders.
• Identify, log, prioritize, track, and support the resolution of defects and anomalies.
• Perform retesting and validation activities following defect correction.
• Contribute to testing reports, project documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in workshops, project meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of project management and delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies (ISTQB certification is a plus).
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, or other highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience creating and managing test plans, test scenarios, and testing schedules.
• Ability to identify, assess, and monitor project and testing risks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Experience withOpenText ALM Octane or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge ofSQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience withAPI testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge ofSAS.
• Experience withControl-M or other scheduling and workload automation tools.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within structured testing frameworks and delivery methodologies.
