Role Summary

Lead a high-performing technology delivery organization responsible for delivering enterprise technology solutions and driving strategic business outcomes. Oversee end-to-end delivery, Agile and SDLC execution, release management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence initiatives. Partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities, shape technology roadmaps, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across software engineering and delivery teams. Champion AI-assisted development, testing, automation, and operational practices to enhance productivity, accelerate innovation, improve quality, and deliver measurable business value while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. Foster stakeholder alignment, vendor governance, and a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing technology teams, including talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.

• Oversee delivery of technology solutions, software releases, and strategic business initiatives.

• Lead the development and execution of AI-driven technology strategies aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.

• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across technology teams to accelerate innovation, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable business value.

• Champion AI adoption across the SDLC through AI-assisted engineering, testing, automation, and operational practices.

• Drive Agile delivery, release management, dependency management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation across complex technology programs.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and technology investment strategies.

• Establish and monitor delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and AI adoption outcomes to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technology partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with technology governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory requirements while supporting budget and resource planning.

• Present delivery status, AI adoption progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making.
   

Qualifications & Skills

•  Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or technology leadership roles, with expertise in software implementation and team management.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.

• Proven success leading large-scale technology delivery programs with expertise in SDLC, Agile delivery, enterprise implementations, release management, and delivery governance.

• Experience defining and executing AI-driven technology strategies aligned with business priorities, product roadmaps, and operational goals.

• Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption across software engineering organizations, including AI-assisted development, testing, automation, and operational processes.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enterprise AI applications.

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technology teams, including workforce planning, coaching, and organizational capability building.

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.

• Technical leadership experience across enterprise technology programs, cloud platforms, vendor management, operational governance, budgets, and service delivery performance.
