Start Your Career in Pharmaceuticals

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to joinBaxter’s Oxford site as Production Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop a career in the pharmaceutical industry, with full training provided.

You will play a key role in the preparation and inspection of compounded medicines, contributing directly to the production of high-quality healthcare products that make a real difference to patients’ lives.

This is afull-time, permanent position, working37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 7:00am – 3:00pm and 10:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday).

As a Production Technician, you will:

• Work in a controlledcleanroom environment using manufacturing equipment and computer systems

• Collaborate with a team to producehigh-quality medical products

• Meettight production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance

• Carry outenvironmental monitoring activities

• Performroutine quality checks throughout the compounding process

• Accurately complete and manageproduction documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices

• Support various stages of manufacturing such aslabelling, visual inspection, picking, preparation, and sanitisation

Skills and Experience

While full training is provided, the following would be advantageous:

• Experience inpharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry

• Background in acleanroom, hospital, or retail pharmacy environment

• Knowledge ofaseptic techniques or holding a current Aseptic Operator Qualification

• Understanding ofGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP) andGood Documentation Practice (GDP)

• Confidence usingWindows-based computer systems

• Strong communication skills
