About the Role
Join Nobel Biocare as aScientific Communications Manager and play a pivotal role at the intersection of science and marketing. In this global position, you will transform clinical evidence into compelling, high-quality scientific communications that strengthen the positioning of our innovative solutions.
You will work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure that scientific data is translated into impactful narratives that support product adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Communication Execution
- Execute global scientific communication plans aligned with marketing strategies
- Develop high-quality materials supporting product launches and lifecycle initiatives
Content Development
- Create and manage scientific communication assets, including:
- Presentation decks
- Scientific marketing materials
- Case studies and clinician interviews
- Congress and educational content
- Ensure consistent, evidence-based scientific messaging
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams
- Support go-to-market initiatives with scientific content and expertise
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory, compliance, and scientific standards
- Contribute to review and approval processes with subject matter experts
Scientific Support
- Respond to scientific inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Support field teams with validated scientific information
- Escalate complex topics to senior experts
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track KPIs (e.g., engagement, asset utilization)
- Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements:
What You Bring
Education & Knowledge
- PhD in Life Sciences, or MSc with relevant experience
- Strong understanding of scientific evidence and medical communication
- Knowledge of the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in scientific communications, medical affairs, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing scientific marketing materials (e.g., publications, congress assets)
- Experience interpreting clinical and pre-clinical data
Skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling messaging
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in marketing campaign execution and go-to-market initiatives
- Excellent scientific writing skills in English
